The price per sq.foot in Maharashtra has barely changed in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 66.51. The following month the price fell to ₹ 61.35 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 108 % in the rent price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 63.93 to ₹ 69.16 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 66.54 to ₹ 64.54 during February and March.
When referring to the price in Maharashtra(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₹ 47,487. In November the price remains at ₹ 47,269. The average price for the following two months (December, January) rose from ₹ 47,378 to ₹ 52,628.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 90 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 50,003.25 a ₹ 44,766 in February y March.
