Property prices for rent in National Capital Territory Of Delhi region
The average rent price in the National Capital Territory Of Delhi region has had a strong fall in recent months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in National Capital Territory Of Delhi has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 111.71. The following month (November) the price had a considerable fall reaching ₹ 75.93 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 62 % in the rent price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant fall of 67 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 75.86 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 50.81 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).

During the last two months the price has gone down 87 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 42,191.25 a ₹ 36,834.5 in February y March.
