The average rent price in the West Bengal region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in West Bengal has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 23.83. The following month (November) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₹ 28.25 per sq.foot. In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per sq.foot has increased notably to a 166 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant rise of 121 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 34.66 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 41.82 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in West Bengal(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₹ 42,939. During November it went through a strong rise reaching ₹ 52,598 The average price for the following two months (December, January) rose from ₹ 47,768.5 to ₹ 52,709.5. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₹ 50,239 to ₹ 52,181.5 during February and March.
