The price per sq.foot in Bangalore has remained the same in the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 6,179. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased to ₹ 5,750. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has increased 113 %, going from ₹ 5,964.5 to ₹ 6,715.5 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has decreased 92 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,340 to ₹ 5,844 during January, and February.
