The prices in real estate in Gurgaon, in the Haryana region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Gurgaon has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 14,980. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 20,194. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 137 %. The price per sq.foot has decreased 95 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 20,827.25 to ₹ 19,732.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Gurgaon (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. The average price for September is ₹ 1.62 crores. During October the price had a slight fall till ₹ 1.51 crores. During the following two months (November, December) the price has had an average incrementation from ₹ 1.57 crores to ₹ 1.67 crores. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 105 % during the last two months.
