Property prices for sale in Mangalore (Karnataka)
The prices in real estate in Mangalore, in the Karnataka region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Mangalore has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 4,992. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased to ₹ 4,706. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 4,849 to ₹ 4,875.5 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months.
