The average price in the Bihar region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Bihar has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,760. The following month the price decreased to ₹ 3,310 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 84 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has increased 114 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 3,250 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 3,710 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Bihar (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₹ 46.93 lakhs. In November the price was the same at ₹ 45.26 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has decreased 82 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has risen 113 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 41.93 lakhs a ₹ 47.19 lakhs in February and March.
