Property prices for sale in Himachal Pradesh region
The average price in the Himachal Pradesh region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Himachal Pradesh has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 7,774. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₹ 7,937 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₹ 7,855.5 to ₹ 8,182.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has increased 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 8,019 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 8,786.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Himachal Pradesh(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₹ 78.03 lakhs. During November the price had a slight deflation till ₹ 72.57 lakhs. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 118 % going from ₹ 75.3 lakhs to ₹ 88.7 lakhs. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 124 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 82 lakhs a ₹ 1.02 crores.

They are 39 % more affordable than the average price in Himachal Pradesh followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₹ 82.62 lakhs. The most costly properties have 3 BHK. They are 278 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 BHK priced at ₹ 2.42 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 2 BHK are the cheapest ones with a price of ₹ 6,796 / sq.foot being ₹ 8,947 / sq.foot the average value within the Himachal Pradesh region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 3 BHK. These are 28 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 BHK with a price of ₹ 8,425 / sq.foot.

With an average cost of ₹ 1.15 crores it is 74 % more affordable than the average in Himachal Pradesh. This is followed by "House" with a price of ₹ 60.07 lakhs. The dearest property type is "Commercial" and is 594 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Flat" with a cost of ₹ 63.84 lakhs.
Based on the average cost per sq.foot the cheapest property type is "Office with a an average cost of ₹ 1,982 / sq.foot, followed by "House" with a price of ₹ 6,244 / sq.foot. "Commercial" with an average price of ₹ 45,789 / sq.foot is the most costly type of property followed by "Flat" at a price of ₹ 7,022 / sq.foot.
