The average price in the Karnataka region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Karnataka has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,767. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₹ 6,733 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 94 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,047.75 to ₹ 6,153 during February and March.
