The average price in the Kerala region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.foot in Kerala has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 4,696. The following month the price decreased to ₹ 4,093 per sq.foot. In the following two months (November, December) the price per sq.foot has risen strongly to a 116 %. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 4,745.25 to ₹ 4,568 during January and February.
Based upon to the price in Kerala(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in September is ₹ 84.71 lakhs. In October the price increased to ₹ 89.13 lakhs. The price in the following months (November, December) had a strong increment of 129 % going from ₹ 86.92 lakhs to ₹ 1.12 crores. During the last two months the price has risen 115 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 99.34 lakhs a ₹ 1.14 crores in January and February.
