The average price in the Madhya Pradesh region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Madhya Pradesh has risen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,986. The following month the price decreased to ₹ 3,585 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₹ 3,785.5 to ₹ 3,732 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 3,758.75 to ₹ 3,741.5 during March and April.
