Property prices for sale in Orissa region

The price per sq.foot in Orissa has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,927. The following month (November) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₹ 4,606 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 114 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 4,266.5 to ₹ 4,871 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has increased 111 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 4,568.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 5,072.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).

Based upon to the price in Orissa(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. The average price in October is ₹ 68.25 lakhs. In November the price increased to ₹ 77.52 lakhs. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₹ 72.88 lakhs to ₹ 83.27 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 78.08 lakhs to ₹ 78.54 lakhs during February and March.
