The average price in the Uttar Pradesh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttar Pradesh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 8,155. The following month (November) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 5,713 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 109 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 6,934 to ₹ 7,570 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant decrease of 79 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 7,252 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 5,757.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Uttar Pradesh(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₹ 47.38 lakhs. During November the price had a slight deflation till ₹ 40.89 lakhs. The average price for the following two months (December, January) increased from ₹ 44.14 lakhs to ₹ 48.94 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 46.54 lakhs to ₹ 44.39 lakhs during February and March.
