In the following month the price per sq.foot fell considerably to ₹ 27.78. The price for the following two months in (February, March) had a considerable rise of 154 %. The price per sq.foot has risen 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 38.7 to ₹ 42.76 during April, and May.
When referring to the price in Bangalore (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for December is ₹ 43,089. During January the price had a considerable fall till ₹ 35,383. During the following two months (February, March) the average price had a considerable rise of 243 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 126 % during the last two months.
