The price per sq.foot in Bangalore has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In August, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 21.22. In the following month the price per sq.foot rose considerably to ₹ 31.93. The price for the following two months in (October, November) had a considerable rise of 122 %. The price per sq.foot has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₹ 29.5 to ₹ 29.5 during December y January

During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 36,816. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable rise of 171 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 203 % during the last two months.
