The price per sq.foot in Delhi has barely changed in the last 6 months. In August, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 27.2. In the following month the price per sq.foot rose to ₹ 30.81. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has risen 109 %, going from ₹ 29 to ₹ 31.65 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable fall of 65 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 30.33 to ₹ 19.58 during December, and January.
When referring to the price in Delhi (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during August, is ₹ 29,796. During September the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 1.84 lakhs. During the following two months (October, November) the average price had a considerable fall of 29 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₹ 68,655 to ₹ 42,125.5, which means a 61 % fall.
