The rent prices in real estate in Delhi, in the National Capital Territory Of Delhi region have risen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices this city.
The price per sq.foot in Delhi has risen strongly during the last 6 months. In July, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 27.56. In the following month the price per sq.foot rose considerably to ₹ 34.5. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has risen 108 %, going from ₹ 31.03 to ₹ 33.49 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has hardly changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₹ 32.26 to ₹ 33.81 during November y December
When referring to the price in Delhi (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during July, is ₹ 43,856. During August the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 59,148. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 51,502 to ₹ 53,166. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has had a strong increase of 116 % during the last two months.
