The rent prices in real estate in Delhi, in the National Capital Territory Of Delhi region have fallen considerably in the last couple of months. There has been a strong fall in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Delhi has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 111.98. In the following month the price per sq.foot fell considerably to ₹ 75.93. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable fall of 62 with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable fall of 67 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 75.95 to ₹ 50.81 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Delhi (cities), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price for October is ₹ 46,198. During November the price had a slight fall till ₹ 39,322. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 42,760 to ₹ 41,322.5. During the last two months, the average price has fallen with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has fallen 88 %, going from ₹ 42,041.25 to ₹ 36,834.5 in February and March.
