Property prices for rent in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
The rent prices in real estate in Lucknow, in the Uttar Pradesh region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Lucknow has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 26.71. In the following month the price per sq.foot rose considerably to ₹ 36.11. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable fall of 60 with regard to the previous two months. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable rise of 127 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 25.09 to ₹ 31.83 during February, and March.
When referring to the price in Lucknow (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during October, is ₹ 37,661. During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 57,428. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable fall of 59 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has increased 109 % during the last two months.
