The price per sq.foot in New Delhi has had a strong fall during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 38.13. In the following month the price per sq.foot fell considerably to ₹ 26.09. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has risen 106 %, going from ₹ 32.11 to ₹ 33.88 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has fallen 88 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 33 to ₹ 29.08 during January, and February.
When referring to the price in New Delhi (cities), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during September, is ₹ 20,167. During October the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 27,505.
