Property prices for rent in Andhra Pradesh region
The average rent price in the Andhra Pradesh region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Andhra Pradesh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 10.07. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₹ 10.33 per sq.foot. In the following two months (December, January) the rent price per sq.foot has increased notably to a 116 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant rise of 115 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 11.04 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 12.73 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Andhra Pradesh(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₹ 13,145. In November the price remains at ₹ 12,951. The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong rise of 121 % going from ₹ 13,048 to ₹ 15,805. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 121 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 14,426.5 a ₹ 17,401.

They are 62 % cheaper than the average price in Andhra Pradesh followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 11,198. The most expensive properties have 4 BHK.
