The average rent price in the Gujarat region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Gujarat has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 25.1. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₹ 24.03 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a rise of 110 % in the rent price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 24.57 to ₹ 27 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant rise of 119 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 25.78 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 30.6 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Gujarat (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₹ 54,871. During November it went through a strong rise reaching ₹ 65,578 In the following two months the average price has fallen 78 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable fall of 70 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 53,551.25 a ₹ 37,560.5.
