The average rent price in the Maharashtra region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Maharashtra has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 35.5. The following month (October) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₹ 66.51 per sq.foot. In the following two months (November, December) the rent price per sq.foot has increased notably to a 128 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has risen 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 58.24 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 64.01 per sq.foot for the last two months (January, February).
When referring to the price in Maharashtra(region), this has risen considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for September the average price is ₹ 35,128. During October it went through a strong rise reaching ₹ 47,487 The price in the following months (November, December) had a strong rise of 123 % going from ₹ 41,307.5 to ₹ 50,769. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₹ 46,038.25 to ₹ 45,563 during January and February.
