Property prices for rent in Maharashtra region
The average rent price in the Maharashtra region has remained at pretty much the same value in recent months. Rent prices in this region have remained pretty much the same.
The price per sq.foot in Maharashtra has barely changed in the last 6 months. During July, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 36.06. The following month (August) the price rose to ₹ 39.96 per sq.foot. The following two months (September, October) went through a considerable fall of 79 % in the rent price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has risen 108 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 34.01 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 36.78 per sq.foot for the last two months (November, December).
When referring to the price in Maharashtra(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. July has an average price of ₹ 94,828. During Augustthe price had a strong fall till ₹ 35,140. The price in the following months (September, October) had a strong rise of 117 % going from ₹ 64,984 to ₹ 75,870.5. During the last two months the price has gone down 90 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 70,427.25 a ₹ 63,565 in November y December.
