The average rent price in the Rajasthan region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Rajasthan has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 12.99. The following month (October) the price had a considerable rise reaching ₹ 15.71 per sq.foot. In the following two months (November, December) the rent price per sq.foot has increased notably to a 125 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has risen 113 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 16.17 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 18.32 per sq.foot for the last two months (January, February).

During October it went through a strong rise reaching ₹ 18,555 The average price for the following two months (November, December) rose from ₹ 17,055.5 to ₹ 18,137. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₹ 17,596.25 to ₹ 17,813 during January and February.
