Property prices for rent in Uttar Pradesh region
The average rent price in the Uttar Pradesh region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttar Pradesh has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 28.29. In November the price barely changed remaining at ₹ 28.24 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable fall of 83 % in the rent price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has risen 113 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 25.82 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 29.25 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Uttar Pradesh(region), this has fallen considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₹ 49,184. During Novemberthe price had a strong fall till ₹ 31,419. In the following two months the average price has fallen 71 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone up 112 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 34,501.25 a ₹ 38,555 in February y March.

They are 77 % cheaper than the average price in Uttar Pradesh followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 18,274. The most affordable properties have 4 BHK. Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 4 BHK are the most affordable ones with a price of ₹ 16.65 / sq.foot being ₹ 34.61 / sq.foot the average for Uttar Pradesh. The properties with the lowest average price are those with 1 BHK. These are 36 % more affordable than the average followed by those with 3 BHK with a price of ₹ 20.72 / sq.foot.

"House" with an average price of ₹ 55.95 / sq.foot is the most expensive type of property followed by "Villa" at a price of ₹ 52.69 / sq.foot.
