Property prices for sale in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu)
The prices in real estate in Coimbatore, in the Tamil Nadu region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Coimbatore has increased during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,745. In the following month the price per sq.foot decreased considerably to ₹ 2,291. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 140 %. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 124 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 3,619.5 to ₹ 4,487.5 during January, and February.

During October the price had a considerable reduction till ₹ 37.65 lakhs. During the following two months (November, December) the price has had an average incrementation from ₹ 43.72 lakhs to ₹ 46.31 lakhs. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 116 % during the last two months.
