The prices in real estate in Dubai, in the Uttar Pradesh region have remained the same in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have remained in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Dubai has remained the same in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 29,853. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 29,461 per sq.foot. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 29,657 to ₹ 28,788 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 116 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 29,222.5 to ₹ 33,977 during February, and March.
Based upon to the price in Dubai (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during October, the average price is ₹ 3.75 crores. In November This price remains at ₹ 3.63 crores. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 3.69 crores to ₹ 3.63 crores. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 132 % during the last two months.
