The prices in real estate in Hyderabad, in the Telangana region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Hyderabad has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 10,864. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 13,346. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has increased 112 %, going from ₹ 12,105 to ₹ 13,609.5 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has barely changed in the last two months compared to the average price of the previous four months going from an average price of ₹ 12,857.25 to ₹ 13,310 during February y March
