Property prices for sale in Hyderabad (Telangana)
The prices in real estate in Hyderabad, in the Telangana region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Hyderabad has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 4,801. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 4,898 per sq.foot. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 146 %. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 130 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 5,954.5 to ₹ 7,733.5 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Hyderabad (cities), this has gone up considerably in the last 6 months. The price in September is ₹ 71.53 lakhs, rising in October till ₹ 81.46 lakhs. During the following two months (November, December) the average price had a considerable increase of 198 % with regard to the previous two months. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 164 % during the last two months.
