Property prices for sale in Kochi (Kerala)
The prices in real estate in Kochi, in the Kerala region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Kochi has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,561. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 6,540. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 6,050.5 to ₹ 6,326 per sq.foot.
