The prices in real estate in Noida, in the Uttar Pradesh region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Noida has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,731. In October this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 3,723 per sq.foot. The price for the following two months in (November, December) had a considerable increment of 124 %. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable increase of 209 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 4,166.75 to ₹ 8,721 during January, and February.
Based upon to the price in Noida (cities), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In our first sample month during September, the average price is ₹ 43.55 lakhs. In October This price remains at ₹ 42.2 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 42.87 lakhs to ₹ 41.72 lakhs. During the last two months, the average price has pretty much remained the same with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of ₹ 42.3 lakhs and ₹ 42.11 lakhs between January and February.
