The prices in real estate in Pune, in the Maharashtra region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Pune has increased during the last 6 months. In March, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 5,971. In April this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 6,205 per sq.foot. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 6,088 to ₹ 6,357 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has increased 113 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,222.5 to ₹ 7,037.5 during July, and August.
Based upon to the price in Pune (cities), this has gone up in the last 6 months. The price in March is ₹ 51.17 lakhs, rising in April till ₹ 54.91 lakhs. In the following two months the average price has remained the same with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 53.04 lakhs to ₹ 52.33 lakhs. Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has gone up 111 % during the last two months.
