The prices in real estate in Solan, in the Himachal Pradesh region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Solan has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 7,730. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 7,841 per sq.foot. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 7,785.5 to ₹ 7,996 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has increased 110 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 7,890.75 to ₹ 8,660.5 during February, and March.

Based on an analysis of the first four prices and the last two months the average price has risen strongly 125 % during the last two months.
