Property prices for sale in Solan (Himachal Pradesh)
The prices in real estate in Solan, in the Himachal Pradesh region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Solan has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 7,730. In November this price pretty much remained the same at a value of ₹ 7,841 per sq.foot. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has barely changed, going from ₹ 7,785.5 to ₹ 7,996 per sq.foot.
