Property prices for sale in Thrissur (Kerala)
The prices in real estate in Thrissur, in the Kerala region have had a minor rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have risen in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Thrissur has increased during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,717. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased to ₹ 3,906. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has increased 107 %, going from ₹ 3,811.5 to ₹ 4,092 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has increased 108 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 3,951.75 to ₹ 4,275 during February, and March.
