Property prices for sale in Udupi (Karnataka)
The prices in real estate in Udupi, in the Karnataka region have had a strong rise in the last couple of months. The real estate prices for second hand homes have gone through a strong increase in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Udupi has increased strongly during the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,876. In the following month the price per sq.foot increased considerably to ₹ 11.7 lakhs. The price for the following two months in (December, January) had a considerable decrease of 1 with regard to the prior two months. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable deflation of 1 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 2.95 lakhs to ₹ 3,785.5 during February, and March.

During November the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 88.75 lakhs. During the following two months (December, January) the average price had a considerable reduction of 62 % with regard to the previous two months. During the last two months, the average price has reduced with regard to the previous ones. To be precise it has gone down 94 %, going from ₹ 56.29 lakhs to ₹ 53.01 lakhs in February and March.
