The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 93 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 2,513.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 1,236.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).
