The average price in the Bihar region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.foot in Bihar has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,310. The following month the price decreased to ₹ 3,017 per sq.foot. The following two months (January, February) went through an increase of 112 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 3,163.5 to ₹ 3,531 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 89 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 3,347.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 2,983 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Bihar (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₹ 45.26 lakhs. During December the price had a slight deflation till ₹ 38.69 lakhs. The average price for the following two months (January, February) increased from ₹ 41.98 lakhs to ₹ 46.25 lakhs. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 80 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 44.11 lakhs a ₹ 35.14 lakhs.
