The average price in the Gujarat region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Gujarat has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 11,881. The following month (October) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₹ 13,901 per sq.foot. The following two months (November, December) went through an increase of 108 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 12,891 to ₹ 13,881.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 13,386.25 to ₹ 13,702 during January and February.
