The average price in the Haryana region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Haryana has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 24,681. The following month (November) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 20,627 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 90 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 87 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 21,525.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 18,675 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Haryana(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₹ 1.24 crores. In November the price was the same at ₹ 1.26 crores. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₹ 1.25 crores to ₹ 1.25 crores. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 1.25 crores to ₹ 1.26 crores during February and March.

They are 67 % more affordable than the average price in Haryana followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 58.82 lakhs. The most costly properties have 4 BHK. They are 173 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 BHK priced at ₹ 1.32 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 1 BHK are the cheapest ones with a price of ₹ 6,298 / sq.foot being ₹ 19,384 / sq.foot the average value within the Haryana region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 BHK. These are 17 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 BHK with a price of ₹ 14,722 / sq.foot.
The graph displaying the average price according to the property type shows "Land" as the cheapest one. With an average cost of ₹ 1.01 crores it is 44 % more affordable than the average in Haryana. This is followed by "Office" with a price of ₹ 72.7 lakhs. The dearest property type is "Villa" and is 393 % more expensive than the average, followed by "House" with a cost of ₹ 2.05 crores.
Based on the average cost per sq.foot the cheapest property type is "Flat with a an average cost of ₹ 8,134 / sq.foot, followed by "Office" with a price of ₹ 11,686 / sq.foot. "Villa" with an average price of ₹ 1.67 lakhs / sq.foot is the most costly type of property followed by "House" at a price of ₹ 80,196 / sq.foot.
