The average price in the Kerala region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Kerala has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 14,450. The following month (December) the price had a considerable increase reaching ₹ 20,266 per sq.foot. In the following two months (January, February) the price per sq.foot has risen strongly to a 192 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant increase of 134 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 25,319.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 33,990.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).
Based upon to the price in Kerala(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₹ 67.77 lakhs. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 88.59 lakhs The average price for the following two months (January, February) increased from ₹ 78.18 lakhs to ₹ 83.02 lakhs. During the last two months the price has risen 107 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 80.6 lakhs a ₹ 86.55 lakhs in March and April.
