The average price in the Kerala region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Kerala has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During May, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 31,657. The following month the price decreased to ₹ 29,196 per sq.foot. The following two months (July, August) went through a considerable deflation of 13 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant decrease of 60 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 17,215.75 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 10,371.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (September, October).
Based upon to the price in Kerala(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for May the average price is ₹ 83.02 lakhs. During June it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 95.99 lakhs In the following two months the average price has decreased 67 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 83 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 74.92 lakhs a ₹ 61.98 lakhs.

They are 41 % more affordable than the average price in Kerala followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 42.24 lakhs. The most costly properties have 4 BHK. They are 64 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 BHK priced at ₹ 56.75 lakhs.
Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 3 BHK are the dearest ones with a price of ₹ 17,846 / sq.foot being ₹ 13,637 / sq.foot the average value within the Kerala region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 BHK. These are 52 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 BHK with a price of ₹ 19,363 / sq.foot.
