The average price in the Madhya Pradesh region has had a slight decrease in recent months. There has been a deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Madhya Pradesh has risen in the last 6 months. During September, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 4,136. The following month (October) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 3,182 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₹ 3,659 to ₹ 3,785.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 3,722.25 to ₹ 3,732 during January and February.
