The average price in the Maharashtra region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Maharashtra has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 10,436. The following month (November) the price increased to ₹ 11,792 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 107 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 11,114 to ₹ 11,854 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 93 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 11,484 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 10,704.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Maharashtra(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₹ 66.97 lakhs. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 77.41 lakhs In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₹ 72.19 lakhs to ₹ 72.9 lakhs. During the last two months the price has reduced 92 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 72.54 lakhs a ₹ 66.81 lakhs in February and March.
