The price per sq.foot in Maharashtra has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During June, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 9,165. The following month (July) the price increased to ₹ 9,899 per sq.foot. The following two months (August, September) went through an increase of 106 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 9,532 to ₹ 10,068.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 88 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 9,800.25 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 8,663 per sq.foot for the last two months (October, November).

During July the price had a slight deflation till ₹ 66.95 lakhs. The average price for the following two months (August, September) increased from ₹ 70.55 lakhs to ₹ 78.71 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 74.63 lakhs to ₹ 73.9 lakhs during October and November.
