The average price in the Rajasthan region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.foot in Rajasthan has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 6,317. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₹ 6,233 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) there has been a deflation of 95 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 6,103.75 to ₹ 6,400 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Rajasthan (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is ₹ 30.28 lakhs. In November the price was the same at ₹ 29.45 lakhs. The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 86 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has reduced 93 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 27.76 lakhs a ₹ 25.93 lakhs in February and March.
