Property prices for sale in Tamil Nadu region

The price per sq.foot in Tamil Nadu has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 6,134. The following month (November) the price had a considerable deflation reaching ₹ 3,049 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 83 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has decreased 88 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 4,207.5 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 3,682 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).

Based upon to the price in Tamil Nadu(region), this has decreased considerably in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₹ 72.23 lakhs. During November the price had a strong deflation till ₹ 37.1 lakhs. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₹ 54.67 lakhs to ₹ 52.14 lakhs. During the last two months the price has had a considerable reduction of 85 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 53.4 lakhs a ₹ 45.22 lakhs.

They are 17 % more affordable than the average price in Tamil Nadu followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 61.35 lakhs. The most costly properties have 4 BHK. They are 409 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 BHK priced at ₹ 1 crores.

Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 1 BHK are the dearest ones with a price of ₹ 6,050 / sq.foot being ₹ 3,551 / sq.foot the average value within the Tamil Nadu region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 4 BHK. These are 125 % more costly than the average followed by those with 3 BHK with a price of ₹ 6,729 / sq.foot.

With an average cost of ₹ 40.43 lakhs it is 44 % more affordable than the average in Tamil Nadu. This is followed by "Flat" with a price of ₹ 71.35 lakhs. The dearest property type is "Duplex" and is 315 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of ₹ 1.14 crores.

Based on the average cost per sq.foot the cheapest property type is "Land with a an average cost of ₹ 1,960 / sq.foot, followed by "Villa" with a price of ₹ 6,065 / sq.foot. "Commercial" with an average price of ₹ 40,811 / sq.foot is the most costly type of property followed by "Duplex" at a price of ₹ 7,996 / sq.foot.
