The average price in the Andhra Pradesh region has had a strong decrease in recent months. There has been a strong deflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Andhra Pradesh has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 16,340. The following month (November) the price increased to ₹ 18,011 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through a considerable deflation of 75 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant decrease of 83 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 15,053 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 12,423.5 per sq.foot for the last two months (February, March).
Based upon to the price in Andhra Pradesh(region), this has increased in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₹ 50.28 lakhs. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 63.23 lakhs The average price for the following two months (December, January) decreased 94 % compared to the prior two. During the last two months the price has reduced 86 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 55.13 lakhs a ₹ 47.37 lakhs in February and March.
