The average price in the Goa region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.foot in Goa has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 12,154. In November the price pretty much stayed the same at ₹ 12,142 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₹ 12,148 to ₹ 11,826 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 11,987 to ₹ 12,341.5 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in Goa (region), this has decreased in the last 6 months. October has an average price of ₹ 2.37 crores. During November the price had a strong deflation till ₹ 1.81 crores. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from ₹ 2.09 crores to ₹ 2.19 crores. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 117 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 2.14 crores a ₹ 2.49 crores.
