In December the price barely changed remaining at ₹ 33.19 per sq.foot. The following two months (January, February) went through a fall of 94 % in the rent price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 32.44 to ₹ 32.18 during March and April.
When referring to the price in Goa (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. The average rent price in November is ₹ 40,425. In December the price rose to ₹ 43,549. In the following two months the average price has fallen 82 % compared to the previous two. During the last two months the price has gone down 91 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 38,173.25 a ₹ 34,895 in March y April.
