The average price in the West Bengal region has had a slight increase in recent months. There has been an inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in West Bengal has increased in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 3,712. The following month (November) the price increased to ₹ 3,999 per sq.foot. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 106 % in the price per sq.foot rising from ₹ 3,855.5 to ₹ 4,086.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 3,971 to ₹ 3,963 during February and March.
Based upon to the price in West Bengal(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for October the average price is ₹ 38.17 lakhs. During November it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 54.1 lakhs The price in the following months (December, January) had a strong increment of 115 % going from ₹ 46.13 lakhs to ₹ 53.12 lakhs. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from ₹ 49.63 lakhs to ₹ 50.74 lakhs during February and March.
