The rent prices in real estate in Asansol, in the West Bengal region have barely changed in the last couple of months. There have hardly been any changes in the rent prices in this city.
The price per sq.foot in Asansol has barely changed in the last 6 months. In November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 8.12. In the following month the price per sq.foot rose considerably to ₹ 12.24. In the following two months the price per sq.foot has practically remained the same, going from ₹ 10.18 to ₹ 10.49 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot has had a considerable fall of 43 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.foot of ₹ 10.34 to ₹ 4.41 during March, and April.
When referring to the price in Asansol (cities), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. The average price during our first sample month during November, is ₹ 10,750. During December the price went through a considerable rise reaching ₹ 16,000. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from ₹ 13,375 to ₹ 13,613. During the last two months the average price has fallen greatly compared to the previous four going from ₹ 13,494 to ₹ 5,937.5, which means a 44 % fall.
