The average price in the Goa region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.foot in Goa has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 12,142. The following month (December) the price increased to ₹ 12,832 per sq.foot. The following two months (January, February) there has been a deflation of 91 % in the price per sq.foot with regard to the previous two. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.foot of ₹ 11,912.5 to ₹ 12,442 during March and April.
Based upon to the price in Goa(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₹ 1.81 crores. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 2.23 crores The average price for the following two months (January, February) increased from ₹ 2.02 crores to ₹ 2.3 crores. During the last two months the price has risen 114 % compared to the previous average values going from ₹ 2.16 crores a ₹ 2.45 crores in March and April.

They are 80 % more affordable than the average price in Goa followed by those with 2 with an average price of ₹ 63.72 lakhs. The cheapest properties have 4 BHK. They are 15 % cheaper than the average followed by those properties with 3 BHK priced at ₹ 1.49 crores.
Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 2 BHK are the cheapest ones with a price of ₹ 6,163 / sq.foot being ₹ 12,057 / sq.foot the average value within the Goa region. The properties with the cheapest average price are those with 4 BHK. These are 26 % lower than the average followed by those with 3 BHK with a price of ₹ 7,880 / sq.foot.

Based on the average cost per sq.foot the cheapest property type is "Flat with a an average cost of ₹ 8,560 / sq.foot, followed by "Commercial" with a price of ₹ 13,082 / sq.foot. "Bungalow" with an average price of ₹ 22,380 / sq.foot is the most costly type of property followed by "Land" at a price of ₹ 17,839 / sq.foot.
