Property prices for rent in Himachal Pradesh region
The average rent price in the Himachal Pradesh region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Himachal Pradesh has fallen in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 14.61. The following month the price fell to ₹ 12.63 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months barely changed going from ₹ 13.62 to ₹ 13.21 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has risen 111 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 13.41 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 14.94 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Himachal Pradesh (region), this has fallen in the last 6 months. November has an average price of ₹ 17,007. During Decemberthe price had a strong fall till ₹ 13,612. The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from ₹ 15,309.5 to ₹ 16,087.5. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from ₹ 15,698.5 to ₹ 15,705 during March and April.
