Property prices for sale in Himachal Pradesh region

The price per sq.foot in Himachal Pradesh has increased in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 7,937. In December the price pretty much stayed the same at ₹ 8,178 per sq.foot. The price per sq.foot for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from ₹ 8,057.5 to ₹ 8,406.5 per sq.foot. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has increased 110 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price ₹ 8,232 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price ₹ 9,082 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).

Based upon to the price in Himachal Pradesh(region), this has increased considerably in the last 6 months. In the first month sample for November the average price is ₹ 72.57 lakhs. During December it went through a strong inflation reaching ₹ 83.66 lakhs The price in the following months (January, February) had a strong increment of 116 % going from ₹ 78.11 lakhs to ₹ 90.91 lakhs. During the last two months the price has had a considerable increase of 143 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 84.51 lakhs a ₹ 1.21 crores.

They are 35 % more affordable than the average price in Himachal Pradesh followed by those with 1 with an average price of ₹ 83.53 lakhs. The most costly properties have 3 BHK. They are 268 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 4 BHK priced at ₹ 2.42 crores.

Based on the average price per sq.foot those properties with 2 BHK are the cheapest ones with a price of ₹ 6,800 / sq.foot being ₹ 9,217 / sq.foot the average value within the Himachal Pradesh region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 3 BHK. These are 31 % more costly than the average followed by those with 4 BHK with a price of ₹ 8,416 / sq.foot.

"Commercial" with an average price of ₹ 45,743 / sq.foot is the most costly type of property followed by "Flat" at a price of ₹ 7,014 / sq.foot.
