The average rent price in the Uttarakhand region has had an strong rise in recent months. There has been a strong rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.foot in Uttarakhand has risen considerably in the last 6 months. During November, the average price per sq.foot was ₹ 15.15. In December the price barely changed remaining at ₹ 15.55 per sq.foot. In the following two months (January, February) the rent price per sq.foot has increased notably to a 118 %. In the last two months, the price per sq.foot has had a significant rise of 142 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of ₹ 16.76 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of ₹ 23.87 per sq.foot for the last two months (March, April).
When referring to the price in Uttarakhand(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample November the average price is ₹ 18,919. In December the price remains at ₹ 19,469. The average price for the following two months (January, February) rose from ₹ 19,194 to ₹ 20,817.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 116 % with respect to the previous four months going from ₹ 20,005.75 a ₹ 23,188.5.
